Terms & Conditions - Just Plumbing Water Care Program

Program Overview

The Just Plumbing Water Care Program is designed to help homeowners spread the cost of routine maintenance throughout the year while receiving member savings on qualifying additional services and installations. Membership plans are based on the number of systems enrolled and include annual maintenance services beginning approximately twelve (12) months after enrollment.

Covered Systems

Eligible systems include:
• Reverse Osmosis System (RO)
• Whole House Water Treatment System (Water Softener or Salt-Free System)
• Water Heater (WH)

Membership Levels

Essential Care

• Annual maintenance for ONE covered system
• 5% member savings

Plus Care

• Annual maintenance for TWO covered systems
• 10% member savings

Complete Care

• Annual maintenance for THREE covered systems
• 15% member savings

How the Program Works

• Memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled.
• The first included annual maintenance service becomes available approximately twelve (12)
months after enrollment.
• Annual maintenance services renew each year while the membership remains active.
• Annual maintenance services are available only for systems enrolled under the membership
plan.

Member Savings

Member savings become effective upon enrollment and apply to qualifying:
• Additional plumbing services
• Repairs
• Equipment replacements
• New system installations and upgrades
Applicable member savings include both labor and materials associated with qualifying services.
Member savings cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless
otherwise approved by Just Plumbing.

Additional Systems

Annual maintenance is included only for systems currently enrolled under the membership.
Maintenance services performed on systems not currently covered under the membership plan
will be billed at Just Plumbing’s standard rates. Customers may add additional systems by upgrading their membership plan.

Recommended Maintenance Items

Certain consumable components and services may be recommended based on system age, condition, water quality, and performance. These items are not included as part of the annual maintenance service.

Reverse Osmosis Systems

 • Alkaline filter replacement (if equipped)
• System sanitizing treatment (recommended at least every two years)
• RO membrane replacement (typical lifespan of 3–5 years; replacement may be recommended
with TDS readings of 80 ppm or higher)
• 10″ polishing carbon filter replacement (coconut shell carbon media)

Water Heaters

Anode rod replacement as needed based on inspection and remaining life. Member savings apply to qualifying recommended maintenance items.

Salt Frees

  • Media replacement

Scheduling

Annual maintenance services are performed by appointment and are subject to scheduling
availability. To maintain the intended service interval, members are encouraged to schedule annual
maintenance within thirty (30) days of becoming eligible for service.

Lifetime Warranty Program

Routine annual maintenance may help maintain eligibility for Just Plumbing’s Lifetime Warranty
Program on qualifying systems.
Warranty coverage is subject to the terms and requirements of the applicable warranty program.

Cancellation

Memberships may be canceled at any time by contacting Just Plumbing.
Upon cancellation, future annual maintenance services and member savings will terminate at
the end of the current billing period.
Membership fees previously paid are non-refundable.

Program Changes

Just Plumbing reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, discounts, and
program terms upon reasonable notice to members.
